Objectives



OBJECTIVES  FOR  ESTABLISHMENT  OF   THE  COMPANY

The objectives  for which the company is established  under the  companies ordinance (CAP 212)COMPANIES  Limited;-

2.1   To design and develop education and School curricula and to own and to operate nursing homes, day-care centre, primary and secondary school.  College’s vocational establishments and libraries.

2.2  To be established as researchers in skills development in the arts, education, industry, hotel and tourism, transport, commerce, agriculture and environment.

2.3  To conduct examinations in various subject  disciplines  and  levels  and  to award certificates, diplomas, degrees and other awards to  achieving candidate

2.4  To  recruit, employ, develop,  appraise and promote academic and administrative staff of the institute.

2.5  To  collaborate  with  other institutions of  learning  including vocational institutes, colleges and universities in any  form acceptable by  both sides including joint ventures.

2.6 To establish and carry on the  business  of  running dormitories, restaurants, hotels and  bars for  the  purpose of  furthering the  object of  the  Company.

2.7  To establish play  grounds and other sports and  recreational facilities of  all  types  and  descriptions.

 2.8 To operate bookshops and to acquire, sell or distribute all varieties of office equipment and stationers including high technology equipment, computer hardware and software.

2.9 To establish and carry on the business as printers and publishers of books, pamphlets, magazines, newspapers,   and any other articles howsoever described.

2.10 To run  hospitals, dispensaries,  and  health centres, chemists and  pharmacies for  the  purpose of furthering the  objectives  of the  Company.

2.11 To own motor vehicles and other travelling facilities, workshops and garages and to act as civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunication engineers.

2.12 To  establish and  carry on the  business of agriculture development by  acquiring farm lands and be  farmers of all food  and  cash crops including herbs of  medicinal use, animal husbandry including dairy and  beef cattle, chicken, fowl and  fish ponds.

2.13 To operate credit and savings societies and generally to offer credit facilities to  members and others.

2.14 To  purchase,  take on lease or in  exchange, hire  or  other wise  acquire real or  personal property and  rights or  privileges, and  to  construct, maintain and  alter buildings or  erections.

2.15 Subject to such consents as shall be required by law, to sell, let, mortgage, dispose of or turn to account all or any of the property or assets of the company.

2.15 To undertake and execute any charitable trusts which the company may lawfully undertake.

2.16 To borrow or raise money on such terms and on such security as may be thought fit.

2.17 To invest  the  moneys of  the  company not  immediately required for  its purposes in or  upon such investments, securities or  property as may be  thought fit, subject to  such conditions and  such consents by  law and  subject also  as  hereinafter provided.

2.18 To do any other business that may be deemed necessary in furthering the broad objects of the company.
